Information You Provide to GreenTraks

You will need to create an account if you would like to use the GreenTraks system (“System”) as hosted on the Site. When you create an account with us, we will ask you for the following Personal Information: company name, contact person’s first and last name, e-mail address, physical address, fax and telephone number, and other relevant data for use with your account. We will also ask you to create a password for your account. We also may collect Personal Information you choose to send us at any e-mail address provided on the Site. We also store and maintain customer-specific information such as utility usage, fuel usage, facility, fleet and operations data and other customer information. Personal Information may be used for various business purposes including, but not limited to, providing services you have requested, customizing your experience on the Site, resolving disputes, troubleshooting problems, preparing and analyzing aggregate data regarding our customers and their use of our Services, or enforcing our agreements with you. We will share your Personal Information within our corporate family and with our third-party vendors as necessary for these purposes.

To better understand our customers, GreenTraks may also collect user data such as ZIP code, demographics and other publicly available information from third-parties. GreenTraks may use this data to provide product and service offers. We use data in aggregate to develop products and offers to better serve our customers.

This information is not linked to Personal Information. If you do not wish to receive information and promotional material from us, you may “opt out” each time we ask for your Personal Information or send you materials that you no longer wish to receive in the future. If you already receive e-mail or direct mail communications from us and no longer wish to receive such communications, please contact us via the Contact Us page on the Site.


Online Advertisements

GreenTraks may share aggregated and non-identifying information about our customers collected through the registration process as well as through online surveys and promotions with select advertisers. In some instances, we may use this information to deliver tailored advertisements. Based upon the information we have collected, we may then display advertisements to specific audiences. GreenTraks does not share Personal Information about its customers with these advertisers.

Transfer of Personal Information

The Personal Information covered by this Privacy Policy is an asset of GreenTraks and, as such, becomes part of our normal business records. If any of the Personal Information you submitted to our Site is inaccurate or outdated or otherwise needs to be changed, please correct any incorrect information via your account profile or system administration area or contact us directly via our Contact Us page and we will use reasonable efforts in our control to revise that information if possible.

You may ask to have the information on your account deleted or removed, but because we keep track of past transactions we cannot delete information associated with past transactions on this Site. In addition, it may be impossible to completely delete your information without some residual information remaining because of backups. You agree that we may take proceedings or seek remedies before the state courts located in Yuba or Sutter County, California, or federal courts in Sacramento County, California, or any other court of competent authority of any country for interim or interlocutory remedies or any other remedy or injunctive relief in relation to any breach of the relevant paragraph of this Agreement or infringement by you of our intellectual property rights.
